Creative Strategies to Reach Populations With Least Access
In many urban communities, new immigrants face a range of significant barriers to health care, including language, geographic isolation, and fear of deportation. Other populations, such as LGBTQ youth, women in prisons, and individuals living in poverty, often need targeted outreach to ensure that they are accessing critical services. This panel explored innovative and creative ways that organizations are using city resources to increase access to reproductive health care services and information for a range of individuals that face unique barriers and limited access.
